Professional Fighter & Dedicated Coach
With over 9 years of coaching experience and a decorated fighting career spanning MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Wushu, Coach Thengal Ranjan brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session at Grapple Haven.
A multi-discipline champion with national and state-level accolades, including a Wushu Gold Medal and Kickboxing National Silver Medal, Thengal has competed at the highest levels of combat sports. His journey from athlete to coach has shaped his unique approach to training fighters of all levels.
As a BJJ Blue Belt holder with additional experience in CrossFit training, he specializes in comprehensive fight preparation and physical conditioning. Whether you're a complete beginner or an aspiring professional fighter, Coach Thengal's structured methodology and personalized attention will help you achieve your martial arts goals.
His philosophy centers on building not just skilled fighters, but confident individuals who carry the discipline and respect of martial arts into every aspect of their lives.
